Keeping in mind the requirements and the resources available, PRO-VISION appoints staff on the following categories.
The staff are recruited by the Board of Trustees as per the required prescribed qualifications and experiences. Every staff is issued an appointment order indicating the nature of the post, job profile and responsibilities, scale of pay and other fringe benefits.
Every staff undergoes an induction process and handed over a copy of the personnel manual, which they have to adhere to.
